Project Objective
To establish a scientifically managed, year-round mushroom cultivation facility leveraging controlled-environment farming techniques. The initiative is designed to generate sustainable income, enable self-employment, optimize agricultural waste utilization, and enhance farmer profitability—aligned with horticulture and agri-based subsidy frameworks.

- Facility Type: Indoor, controlled cultivation unit designed for high-efficiency production
Technology & Farm Management
- Controlled-environment systems with precise temperature and humidity regulation
- Use of scientifically prepared compost and certified high-quality spawn
- Hygienic growing chambers with structured ventilation and sanitation protocols
- Continuous monitoring of environmental parameters to maximize yield and consistency
- Technical support and training through Horticulture Department and Krushi Vigyan Kendra (KVK)

- Short crop cycle of 30–45 days, enabling multiple harvest cycles annually
